Banking is nothing but a hassle. I regret switching here and will be leaving. I'm on the phone with them non stop. It's something new all the time. I've currently been on the phone for over an hour because they put a hold on my acct and nobody knows why, who did it, or how to unhold. Things like this happen daily at Ff community credit union .

update. I went to cancel my accounts and was told there would be a 2 hour wait. I was then told I could empty my accounts then close them over the phone. So emptied out my money, went home and called and was told i cannot do that i have to go back to the bank. Since then they have been charging me fees for an empty account and trying to make me pay them $108. this place is a joke, please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere
