Randell Dental is a poor excuse for A dentist. this office has given me nothing but trouble since the day I walked in. I went to Randell dental because it was right down the street from my house and was quite convenient transportation wise. I had a major toothache and went into the office seeking assistance. I got xrays done. Also he gave me pain medication which I ran out of. I asked him to write me another prescription, and he gave me the hardest time asking me why I haven't went to get my tooth pulled yet. I explained to him I don't have money right now at the time. My initial plan was to have a root canal done instead of having my tooth pulled. This dentist does not do root canals. So I needed to schedule the appointment elsewhere. I found that CSU was the cheapest so in order to schedule an appointment at CSU to have my tooth removed I needed to have my x-rays sent to them so I would not have to pay for separate x-rays. I cannot get my xrays from these people to save my life they say they would not release my xrays until I pay. So just because I'm in a financial bind I have to sit in pain because my dentist will not release my dental records. Now I don't know how most of America lives but from my personal experience I have never personally paid the doctor in full on a visit. So now I have to pay for separate x-rays just to get my tooth pulled because I refuse to do business with a dentist office that handles business that way. what they fail to realize is punishing me is not helping their business because now I will never ever do business with them and I would never ever recommend them and I will take my business elsewhere and find me a home dentist. Word of mouth is powerful.
