AV installed my roof in 2013. The roof was supposed to have a life of 10-20 years. It has only been 3.5 years and the stripping on the very top of my roof is coming off. I called Al, the owner, who said that he would have his guys come back out and put that piece back down. It has been 3 weeks now and I have not heard anything from anyone, and my roof still needs repair. I have called and called and have left messages. No one answers the phone and no one returns my phone calls. I am now getting very frustrated because not only did they not come out as promised but I am being ignored. This is poor business and certainly not the way you treat customers who have paid you thousands of dollars for a good job. If he had come out as promised I would not have written this review. If he had the decency to return my calls I would not have written this review. A man is only as good as his word. Al should honor his word. I am going to give a bad review to Home advisors and anyone else AV is connected to. I received Al's name and company from home advisors in 2013 to install my roof.

They showed up on time and did an amazing job. Hard to find people that you can trust. The pricing was very competitive and it was nice to work with a locally owned family business.
